ΕΛ – Οι αράχνες δεν είναι έντομα. Ανήκουν σε ξεχωριστή κλάση (Arachnida) με κύριο γνώρισμα τα τέσσερα ζεύγη ποδιών.
Εντυπωσιακή αράχνη επάνω σε άνθος καμπανούλας (Campanula persicifolia), αναγνωρίσιμη από τα χαρακτηριστικά σχέδια φύλλου δρυός που φέρει στην ράχη της.
ΕΝ – Spiders belong to class Arachnida and so they are not insects. Their main feature is the four pairs of legs.
